A thorough selection procedure is important in order to attract and retain the right people. What can you expect when you decide to apply?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Some important tips

Remember, before going to an interview, it’s always important to be well prepared.

  Make sure to have a look at the website. This way you can learn about what Gfi does, what are our values and what you can expect from your first interview.

Knowing about the company always gives a good first impression.

3º  Ask yourself what attracts you and what made you decide to apply at Gfi. This way you can state clearly your motivation.

  Examine carefully the role you are applying for and sum up for yourself the experience you have in the different aspects and what can be your added value.

 

 

Pre-selection

First of all a pre-selection happens based on your resume. Your CV is screened by recruitment team: if considered a “fit” with existing vacancies/opportunities within the company, you will be invited for an interview.

Interview

They will have a look at your motivation, experience, skills/knowledge, personality, contractual expectations and possible availability; in short: what could be your added value to Gfi.

At the same time they will answer any questions you may have about Gfi. Depending on the position you are applying for, you will undergo a technical screening with one of our experts/technical coaches. During this interview they will have a look at your technical knowledge and see to what extent you possess the know-how for the role you are applying for.

Competencies in-depth

If the first meeting turns out to be a success for both parties, you will be invited for a second round. This contains an assessment of your consultancy skills, of which the results will be a guide through the second interview. This interview will focus on the competencies needed for the role that you are applying for and evaluate to which extent you have the right experience and skills. Depending on the position you are applying for, you will undergo a technical screening with one of our experts/technical coaches.

During this interview they will have a look at your technical knowledge and see to what extent you possess the know-how for the role you are applying for.

As we are aware that this procedure demands some planning, we try to be flexible and take in account your availability and agenda as much as possible.

Integration

After this in-depth screening, we believe both parties should have all the information needed to see whether there could be a good fit between you and Gfi. This is not only important for us as a company, but also for you, so you know what to expect and can see for yourself whether you are “Gfi material”.
